Concierge medicine offers a more personalized and accessible healthcare experience. Unlike traditional primary care, where doctors may see many patients per day, concierge practices limit the number of patients to provide longer appointment times, more direct access to your physician, and comprehensive, proactive care. This model allows for greater focus on your individual health needs and a stronger physician-patient relationship.
-
We do not bill insurance for any medical care provided. However, we recommend that all of our patients maintain an insurance policy. All care within our practice is covered under your annual fee, allowing us to focus on delivering personalized, uninterrupted care.
-
While our services cover a wide range of primary care needs under your annual fee, we recommend maintaining insurance for specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other services outside our scope. This ensures you have comprehensive healthcare coverage for all your medical needs.
-
We will refer you to specialists as needed, who will bill your insurance in the traditional manner. Our team will coordinate with specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
-
The beauty of concierge medicine is that we’re not tied to just one hospital system. We have the flexibility to refer you to top specialists and coordinate care with any of the leading hospitals in the Chicagoland area. This includes renowned institutions such as Northwestern, Rush, UIC, the University of Chicago, and many others, ensuring that you receive the best care, no matter where it’s needed.
-
Yes, we offer telemedicine visits for certain types of appointments. This allows you to connect with your physician virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for convenience and flexibility, especially for non-urgent or follow-up care.
